A MUNICIPAL ORDER ADOPTING AN EARTHQUAKE EMERGENCY

POLICY FOR THE CITY OF PADUCAH
BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the City of Paducah hereby adopts
an Earthquake Emergency Policy.
SECTION 2. This Policy is attached hereto and
incorporated by reference as if fully set out herein.
SECTION 3. This Order shall be in full force and
effect from and after the date of its adoption.
