MUNICIPAL ORDER NO. 579
A MUNICIPAL ORDER AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF SECTION
8 ANNUAL CONTRIBUTIONS CONTRACT NO. A-2877, EXHIBIT II, AND
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENTS
WHEREAS, the City of Paducah (herein called the
"Local Authority") proposes to enter into a contract

called the "Section 8 Annual Contributions Contract") with
the United States of America, Department of Housing and
Urban Development (herein called the "Government").
BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The Section 8 Annual Contributions
Contract, numbered Contract No. A-2877, Exhibit II, is
hereby approved and accepted both as to form and substance.
SECTION 2. The Mayor is hereby authorized and
directed to execute said Contract in quadruplicate on behalf
of the Local Authority, and the City Clerk is hereby
authorized and directed to impress and attest the official
seal of the Local Authority on each such counterpart and to
forward said executed counterparts, or any of them, to the
Government, together with such other documents evidencing
the approval and authorizing the execution thereof as may be
require by the Government.
SECTION 3. This Order will be in full force and
effect on and after the date of its adoption.
