MUNICIPAL ORDER NO. 578
A MUNICIPAL ORDER ADOPTING THE ADMINISTRATIVE PLAN
FOR SECTION 8 EXISTING HOUSING (REVISION NO. 5), STATEMENT
OF PROGRAM APPROACH AND GENERAL STRATEGY, AS REQUIRED BY THE
HOUSING AND COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT ACT OF 1974, AS AMENDED
BE IT ORERED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the Administrative Plan for
Section 8 Existing Housing (Revision No. 5), Statement of
Program Approach and General Strategy, attached hereto as
Exhibit "A", be adopted by the City of Paducah.
SECTION 2. This Order will be in full force and
effect from and after the date of its adoption.
