MUNICIPAL ORDER NO. 576
A MUNICIPAL ORDER APPOINTING WILLIAM E. BEASLEY TO
FILL THE VACANCY CREATED BY THE RESIGNATION OF JACK
ROTTGERING AS A MEMBER OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES FOR THE
OPERATION OF A MUNICIPAL COLLEGE IN THE CITY OF PADUCAH,
KENTUCKY
SECTION 1. Pursuant to KRS 165.160 and KRS
165.200, it is hereby ordered that William E. Beasley be
appointed as a member of the Board of Trustees of Paducah
Junior College, to fill the vacancy created by the
resignation of Jack Rottgering, so that said Board of
Trustees shall be composed of the following City members:
Marshall E. Nemer
William R. Dibert
Jeffrey Bostock.
William E. Beasley
J. William Howerton Mrs. Catherine Hassman
Mrs. Ann Denton Mrs. Shirley Menendez
H.C. Mathis, Jr. Dr. Wally O. Montgomery
A. Howard Arant Anne F. Gwinn
SECTION 2. This Order shall be in full force and
effect from and after the date of its adoption.
