A MUNICIPAL ORDER AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO
EXECUTE A DONEE AUTHORIZATION TO ENABLE THE CITY OF PADUCAH

TO UTILIZE THE RESOURCES OF THE KENTUCKY DEPARTMENT OF
FINANCE, DIVISION OF SURPLUS PROPERTY '
WHEREAS, the State of Kentucky through its
Division of Surplus Property, by authority of the Federal
Property and Administrative Services Act of 1949, as amended,
makes available federal surplus property to certain public
agencies for public purposes and to certain nonprofit
tax-exempt health and educational institutions; and
WHEREAS, the City of Paducah is desirous of
utilizing the services and resources of the Division of
Surplus Property.
BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the City Manager is hereby
authorized to execute a Donee Authorization to enable the
City of Paducah to utilize the services and resources of the
Division of Surplus Property of the Kentucky Department of
Finance. This Donee Authorization is attached hereto and
incorporated by reference as if fully set out herein.
SECTION 2. This Order shall be in full force and
effect from and after the date of its adoption.
