A MUNICIPAL ORDER ADOPTING REVISION OF THE UTILITY
ALLOWANCES FOR THE SECTION 8 HOUSING AND VOUCHER PROGRAM AS
REQUIRED BY THE HOUSING AND COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT ACT OF
1974, AS REVISED
BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The Revision of the Utility Allowances
for the Section 8 Existing and Voucher Program reflecting
V certain changes in utility rates, attached hereto as Exhibit
"All, is hereby adopted by the City of Paducah.
SECTION 2. This Order shall be in full force and
effect from.and after the date of its adoption.
