A MUNICIPAL ORDER AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE A
COMPREHENSIVE HOUSING AFFORDABILITY STRATEGY (CHAS) AS A
PREREQUISITE TO APPLICATIONS FOR OBTAINING HOUSING AND URBAN
DEVELOPMENT FUNDS
WHEREAS, the Department of Housing and Urban
Development has requested that the City of Paducah utilize a
Comprehensive Housing Affordability Strategy (CHAS) as a
prerequisite to applications to obtain Housing and Urban
Development funds.
BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The Mayor is hereby authorized to execute
a Comprehensive Housing Affordability Strategy (CHAS) as a
prerequisite to applications to obtain Housing and Urban
Development Funds. This application is attached hereto and
incorporated by reference as if fully set out in its entirety.
SECTION 2. This order will be in full force and
effect from and after the date of its adoption.
