MUNICIPAL ORDER NO. 624
A MUNICIPAL ORDER CONCERNING PAYMENTS TO THE POLICE
AND FIREMEN'S RETIREMENT FUND
BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The City Treasurer is hereby directed not
to pay any future rate increases for the Police and Firemen's
)
Retirement Fund effective July 1, 1992, except only those
payments for widow benefits.
SECTION 2. A memorandum from the City Manager to the
Finance Director dated June 17, 1992, is hereby ratified and
approved. A copy of this memorandum is attached hereto and
incorporated by reference as if fully set out herein.
SECTION 3. This Order shall remain in effect until
rescinded or modified by action of the Board of Commissioners
of the City of Paducah.
SECTION 4. This order shall be effective from and
after the date of its adoption.
