MUNICIPAL ORDER NO. 570
A MUNICIPAL ORDER AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE
A MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING BETWEEN THE CITY OF PADUCAH
AND THE WESTERN KENTUCKY REGIONAL MENTAL HEALTH -RETARDATION
BOARD, INC.
BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1.
That the Mayor is authorized to
execute a Memorandum of Understanding between the City of
Paducah and the Western Kentucky Regional Mental Health -
Retardation Board, Inc. relative to the provision of
services. This Memorandum of Understanding is attached
hereto and incorporated by reference as if fully set out
herein.
SECTION 2. This term of this Memorandum of
Understanding will be from September 1, 1990, through
August 31, 1993.
SECTION 3. This Order shall be in full force and
effect from and after the date of its adoption.
