A MUNICIPAL ORDER AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY
COMMISSIONERS TO EXECUTE A LETTER OF INTENT RELATING TO THE
POLICE AND FIREMEN'S RETIREMENT FUND OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH
BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
"
SECTION 1. That the Mayor and City Commissioners
are authorized to execute a Letter of Intent relating to the
Police and Firemen's Retirement Fund of the City of Paducah.
This Letter of Intent is attached hereto and incorporated by
reference as if fully set out herein.
SECTION 2. This Order shall be effective from and
after the date of its adoption.
