A MUNICIPAL ORDER AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE
DOCUMENTS NECESSARY TO OBTAIN 1990-91 RENTAL REHABILITATION
FUNDING THROUGH THE DEPARTMENT OF LOCAL GOVERNMENT IN AN
^, AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED $94,500.00
BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the Mayor is hereby authorized to
execute all documents necessary to obtain 1990-91 rental
rehabilitation funding through the Department of Local
Government in an amount not to exceed $94,500.00.
SECTION 2. This Order will be in full force and
effect from and after the date of its adoption.
