MUNICIPAL ORDER NO. 566
A MUNICIPAL ORDER AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE
AN INTERIM UNDERSTANDING BY AND BETWEEN THE CITY OF PADUCAH
AND THE UNITED STATES DEPARTMENT OF COMMERCE DATED JUNE 1,
1990, AND ANY AND ALL DOCUMENTS RELATING TO THE DEVELOPMENT
OF AN INDUSTRIAL PARK AND BUSINESS/CORPORATE COMPLEX AT
BARKLEY REGIONAL AIRPORT
BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the Mayor is hereby authorized to
execute an Interim Understanding by and between the City of
Paducah and the United States Department of Commerce dated
June 1, 1990, and any and all documents relating to the
development of an industrial park and business/corporate
complex at Barkley Regional Airport.
SECTION 2. This Order shall be in full force and
effect from and after the date of its adoption.
