MUNICIPAL ORDER NO. 565
A MUNICIPAL ORDER AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY
CLERK TO EXECUTE A POWER OF ATTORNEY FOR RELEASE OF LIENS \,
FILED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH PURSUANT TO KRS 227.3 0, AND
WHICH HAVE BEEN PAID AND SATISFIED
BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the Mayor and City Clerk are
hereby authorized to execute a Power of Attorney appointing
the Chief of the Fire Department or the Fire Marshal of the
City of Paducah to be its true and lawful attorneys for it
and in its name, place and stead for the sole purpose of
causing a release of those liens which have been f led by
the City of Paducah pursuant to KRS' 227.390, and w ich have
been paid and satisfied. This Power of Attorney is attached
hereto and incorporated by reference as if fully set out
herein.
�4 SECTION 2. This Order shall be in full force and
effect from and after the date of its adoption.
