MUNICIPAL ORDER NO. 605
A MUNICIPAL ORDER AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE
A LEASE AGREEMENT BY AND BETWEEN THE TENNESSEE VALLEY
AUTHORITY (TVA) AND THE CITY OF PADUCAH IN THE AMOUNT OF ONE
HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100.00) FOR USE OF A FLAT DECK BARGE
WHEREAS, the City of Paducah desires to lease a
~Ip flat deck barge to be used for docking facilities in connec-
``~~„~ tion with its downtown and waterfront redevelopment efforts;
and
WHEREAS, the Tennessee Valley Authority (TVA) has
agreed to make a barge available for lease to the City for ,/
this project.
BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The Mayor is hereby authorized to
execute a Lease Agreement by and between the Tennessee
Valley Authority (TVA) and the City of Paducah in the total
amount of One Hundred Dollars ($100.00) for three (3) years,
for lease of a flat deck barge to be utilized for docking
facilities in connection with the City's downtown and water-
front redevelopment project. This Lease. Agreement is at-
tached hereto and incorporated by reference as if fully set
out herein.
SECTION 2. This Municipal Order will be in full
