MUNICIPAL ORDER NO. 604
A MUNICIPAL ORDER ADOPTING AN AMENDMENT TO
DEMOLITION, RESIDENT RELOCATION AND REPLACEMENT HOUSING
PLANS FOR KY 6-3, ELMWOOD COURT, PADUCAH, HOUSING AUTHORITY
WHEREAS, the City of Paducah, by Resolution on
March 12, 1991, approved the Demolition, Resident Relocation
and Replacement Hausing Plans for KY 6-3, Elmwood Court,
Paducah Housing Authority; and
J WHEREAS, The Plan has been clarified and amended,
and the City of Paducah hereby approves said clarifications
and amendments.
BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The City of Paducah hereby approves
and adopts an amendment to Demolition, Resident Relocation
and Replacement Housing Plans for KY 6-3, Elmwood Court,
Paducah Housing Authority. This Amendment is attached
hereto and incorporated by reference as if fully set out
herein.
SECTION 2. This Municipal Order will be effective
from and after the date of its adoption.
