A MUNICIPAL ORDER AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO APPOINT
CORPORATE OFFICERS FOR THE PADUCAH PUBLIC IMPROVEMENT
CORPORATION AND TO EXECUTE ANNUAL VERIFICATION REPORT FOR
THE KENTUCKY SECRETARY OF STATE
BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The Mayor of the City of Paducah is
hereby authorized to appoint corporate officers for the
Paducah Public Improvement Corporation and to execute the
Annual Verification Report for the Kentucky Secretary of ~!/
State. This Verification Report is attached hereto and
incorporated by reference as if fully set out herein.
SECTION 2. This Order will be in full force and
effect from and after the date of its adoption.
