MUNICIPAL ORDER NO. 598
A MUNICIPAL ORDER AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE
MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE AN AGREEMENT_BETWEEN THE
STATE PROPERTY & BUILDINGS COMMISSION, THE CABINET FOR
ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT, THE CITY OF PADUCAH AND RIVER HERITAGE
CENTER, INC. FOR A GRANT IN THE AMOUNT OF $50,000.00 FROM
' THE CABINET FOR ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT FOR DEVELOPMENT OF
RIVER HERITAGE CENTER, INC., AND ANY AND ALL DOCUMENTS
RELATING TO SAME
WHEREAS, this project was identified as a line
item economic development project by the Commonwealth of
Kentucky pursuant to Chapter 514 of the 1990 Regular
Session.
BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby
authorized and directed to execute an Agreement between. the
State Property & Buildings Commission; the Cabinet for
Economic Development, the City of Paducah and River Heritage
Center for a grant in the amount of $50,000.00 from the
Cabinet for Economic Development for the development of
River Heritage Center, Inc., and any and all documents
relating to same. This Agreement is attached hereto and
incorporated by reference as if fully set out herein.
~/~~,,,.~~ SECTION 2. This Order will be in full force and
effect from and after the date of its adoption.
