MUNICIPAL ORDER NO. 595
A MUNICIPAL ORDER AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE
AN AGREEMENT BY AND BETWEEN JOE SHANE AND WIFE, PAM SHANE,
AND THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY
WHEREAS, Shanes are the owners of three tracts of
real property located off Stonebrook Drive; and
WHEREAS, Shanes are desirous of procuring from the
City various municipal services for these tracts of real
property, including police and fire protection and
sanitation sewage services; and
WHEREAS, the City is desirous of providing to
Shanes such municipal services, provided, however, that such
tracts of real property are annexed as part of the municipal
territory of the City, to which Shanes are agreeable; and
WHEREAS, the parties do now desire to formalize
their agreement in regard to the foregoing premises.
BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The Mayor is hereby authorized to
execute an Agreement by and between Joe Shane and wife, Pam
Shane and the City of Paducah, Kentucky. This Agreement is
attached hereto and incorporated by reference as if fully
set out herein.
SECTION 2. This Order will be in full force and
effect from and after the date of its adoption.
