A MUNICIPAL ORDER APPROVING THE APPLICATION FOR
STATE ASSISTANCE UNDER THE KENTUCKY COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT
BLOCK GRANT PROGRAM, DEPARTMENT FOR LOCAL GOVERNMENT,
OFFICE OF COMMUNITY PROGRAMS, COMMONWEALTH OF KENTUCKY, AND
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENTS
BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the application for state
assistance under the Kentucky Community Development Block
Grant Program dated May 3, 1991, to the Department for Local
Government, Office of Community Programs, Commonwealth of
,/ Kentucky, requesting state funds for Phase II of the South
Fourth Street Neighborhood Redevelopment Project, is hereby
approved.
SECTION 2. The Mayor of the City of Padueah is
hereby authorized to execute the aforesaid application and
to file same with the Department for Local Government,
Office of Community Development Programs of the Commonwealth
of Kentucky. Said application is attached hereto and
incorporated by reference as if fully set out herein.
SECTION 3. This. Order shall be in full force and
effect from and after the date of its adoption.
