By executive order, the following action shall be taken:
1. The Chief of the Paducah Police Department shall prepare and implement
a "plan of assignement" for patrol vehicles.
2. The "plan of assign$ hent" shall assign and designate patrol vehicles to
department personnel who are regularly engaged in policep atrol.
3. The "plan of assignment" shall be submitted to the City Manager and the
Board of Commissioners by no later than Monday, January 22, 1996.
