A MUNICIPAL ORDER ADOPTING AN AFFORDABILITY
ADJUSTMENT TO THE SECTION 8 HOUSING VOUCHER PROGRAM
BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The Affordability Adjustment for the

Section 8 Housing Voucher Program is hereby approved. This
Adjustment is attached hereto and incorporated by reference
as if fully set out herein.
SECTION 2. This Affordability Adjustment to the
Section 8 Housing Voucher Program will be retroactive to
March 1, 1991.
SECTION 3. This Order will be in full force and
effect from and after the date of its adoption.
