A MUNICIPAL ORDER APPOINTING STEVE POLSTON AND R.
JEFFREY HINES TO FILL THE VACANCIES CREATED BY THE
RESIGNATION OF D. JEFFREY BOSTOCK AND THE DEATH OF CATHERINE
~~~ HASSMAN AS MEMBERS OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES FOR THE
OPERATION OF A MUNICIPAL COLLEGE IN THE CITY OF PADUCAH,
KENTUCKY
SECTION 1. Pursuant to KRS 165.160 and KRS
165.200, it is hereby ordered that Steve Polston and R.
Jeffrey Hines be appointed as members of the Board of
Trustees of Paducah Junior College, to fill the vacancies
created by the resignation of D. Jeffrey Bostock and the
death of Catherine Hassman, so that said Board of Trustees
shall be composed of the following City members:
Marshall E. Nemer Steve Polston
William R. Dibert William E. Beasley
J. William Howerton R. Jeffrey Hines
Lam' Mrs. Ann Denton Mrs. Shirley Menendez
H.C. Mathis, Jr. Dr. Wally O. Montgomery
A. Howard Arant Anne F. Gwinn
SECTION 2. This Order shall be in full force and
effect from and after the date of its adoption.
