A MUNICIPAL ORDER AMENDING MUNICIPAL ORDER NO. 380,
ESTABLISHING POLICY WITHIN THE CITY OF PADUCAH CONTROLLING
CERTAIN ACTIVITIES OF THE STREET DEPARTMENT
WHEREAS, it has become necessary that the City of
Paducah amend its annual leaf pickup program.

BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That Sections 6, 7 and 8 of Municipal
Order No. 380 are hereby abolished in their entirety.
SECTION 2. That a new Section 6 is hereby created to
read as follows:
"From October 1 through January 31 the Public Works
Department/Solid Waste Division, will pick up, on a bi-weekly
basis, all bagged leaves placed at the street side of the
citizen's property. At all other times bagged leaves must be
placed at the resident's normal point of pick up. Leaves that
are not bagged will not be picked up by the City of Paducah.
"No individual shall place, or cause to be placed,
leaves in the curb/gutter, ditches or any drainage system.
Enforcement shall be in accordance with the City of Paducah
Code of Ordinances."
SECTION 3. This Municipal Order shall be in full
force and effect from and after the date of its adoption.
