MUNICIPAL ORDER NO. 630
A MUNICIPAL ORDER RESTRICTING $100,000.00 OF GENERAL
FUND REVENUES AS DEPICTED BY THE BUDGET FOR FISCAL YEAR
1991-92, AND $100,000.00 OF GENERAL FUND REVENUES AS DEPICTED
BY THE BUDGET FOR FISCAL YEAR 1992-93, OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH,
KENTUCKY
WHEREAS, the Board of Commissioners of the City of
Paducah, Kentucky, has expressed the City's intentions to
acquire a fire vehicle at some future date; and
WHEREAS, in order to appropriately plan for and
facilitate the acquisition of the aforementioned vehicle, the
City Finance Officer recommends restricting certain assets in
the budget for the General Fund during fiscal year 1991-92 and
fiscal year 1992-93.
BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY, AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the Board of Commissioners of the
City of Paducah, Kentucky, does by Municipal Order direct the
City Finance Officer to restrict the sum of $100,000.00 cash in
the budget for the General Fund of the City of Paducah, Ken-
tucky, during fiscal year 1991-92, and the sum of $100,000.00
cash in the budget for the General Fund of the City of Paducah
during the fiscal year 1992-93, and further directs that the
aforesaid restricted sum shall be expended only for the acquisi-
tion of a fire vehicle unless and until this Municipal Order is
amended or repealed by the Board of Commissioners.
SECTION 2. These transactions shall be applied to
Account No. 01-18-01-446.
SECTION 3. This Municipal Order shall be in effect
from and after the date of its adoption.
