MUNICIPAL ORDER NO. 629
A MUNICIPAL ORDER AUTHORIZING APPLICATION NO.
KY36-E137-002 AND 003, AND EXECUTION OF SECTION 8 ANNUAL
CONTRIBUTIONS CONTRACT; AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE
ALL DOCUMENTS RELATING TO SAME
BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY: �1L
SECTION 1. The application for sixty (60) voucher
allocations numbered KY36-E137-002 and 003 and the Section 8
Annual Contributions Contract in regard to that application
is hereby approved and accepted, both as to form and
substance.
SECTION 2. The Mayor is hereby authorized and
directed to execute said Contract, and all documents
relating to same, on behalf of the Local Authority, and the
City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to impress and
attest the official seal of the Local Authority on each such
counterpart and to forward said executed counterparts, or
any of them, to the Government, together with such other
documents evidencing the approval and authorizing the
execution thereof as may be require by the Government.
SECTION 3. This Order will be in full force and
effect from and after the date of its adoption.
