MUNICIPAL ORDER NO. 628
A MUNICIPAL ORDER AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE CITY
TREASURER TO EXONERATE AUTOMOBILE DEALER INVENTORY TAXES IN THE
AMOUNT OF $157,135.69 FOR FISCAL YEAR 1989-90
WHEREAS, the Kentucky Court of Appeals rendered an
Opinion on October 11, 1991, requiring the City of Paducah to
y, exonerate automobile dealer inventory taxes for Fiscal Year /
1989-90. ✓
BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The City Treasurer is hereby authorized
and directed to exonerate automobile dealer inventory taxes for
Fiscal Year 1989-90, previously collected in the amount of
$157,135.69, pursuant to an Opinion rendered by the Kentucky
Court of Appeals dated October 11, 1991.
SECTION 2. This Order will be in full force and
effect from and after the date of its adoption.
