A MUNICIPAL ORDER ADOPTING REVISION OF THE UTILITY
ALLOWANCES FOR THE SECTION 8 EXISTING HOUSING & VOUCHER PROGRAM
AS REQUIRED BY THE HOUSING AND COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT ACT OF
1974, AS REVISED
BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That Revision of the Utility Allowances
for the Section 8 Existing and Voucher Program reflecting
certain changes in utility rates, attached hereto as Exhibit
"A" be adopted by the City of Paducah.
SECTION 2. This Order shall be in full force and
effect May 1, 1993.
