APPROVING THE REHABILITATION PLAN FOR
THE "HOME" FUNDED HOUSING
REHABILITATION PROGRAM OF PADUCAH,
KENTUCKY, AS PREPARED BY THE
DEPARTMENT OF COMMUNITY PLANNING AND
DEVELOPMENT
WHEREAS, the Department of Community Planning and
Development of the City of Paducah has prepared a rehabilitation plan for the
"Home" Funded Rehabilitation Program of Paducah, Kentucky, and
WHEREAS, the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban
Development requires the aforesaid plan be approved by the City of Paducah,
NOW, THEREFORE, be it ordered by the City of Paducah,
Kentucky,
SECTION 1. The rehabilitation plan for the "Home" Funded
Housing Rehabilitation Program of Paducah, Kentucky, prepared by the
Department of Community Planning and Development, and attached hereto, is
hereby approved.
SECTION 2. This order will be in full force and effect from and
after the date of its adoption.
