MUNICIPAL ORDER NO. &?!
ACCEPTING A LETTER OF CREDIT IN LIEU OF A BOND
BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The City of Paducah hereby accepts a
letter of credit in lieu of a bond in the amount of $18,550.00
of Keiler and May Properties for the installation of the
(' improvements as described on the recorded plat of The Pines
Subdivision Section III, and the engineering drawings as
approved by the Paducah Planning and Zoning Commission and the
Paducah Engineering Department.
SECTION 2. The City of Paducah hereby accepts the
letter of credit in lieu of a bond, as set out in Section 1 and
directs the Engineering Department of the City of Paducah to
accept said letter of credit as approved in Section 1.
SECTION 3. This order shall be in full force and
effect from and after the date of its adoption.
