A MUNICIPAL ORDER AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE A
GRANT APPLICATION FOR AN AWARD DESIGNATION AS A TREE CITY USA
FOR 1993, AS RECOGNIZED BY THE NATIONAL ARBOR DAY FOUNDATION
BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the Mayor is hereby authorized to
execute a grant application for an award designation as a Tree
City USA for 1993, as recognized by the National Arbor Day
Foundation. This application is attached hereto and
incorporated by reference as if fully set out herein.
SECTION 2. This Order shall be in full force and
effect from and after the date of its adoption.
