A MUNICIPAL ORDER AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE MAYOR
AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE A LOCAL RECORDS GRANT PROGRAM
APPLICATION WITH THE KENTUCKY DEPARTMENT FOR LIBRARIES AND
ARCHIVES, AND ANY AND ALL DOCUMENTS RELATING TO SAME
BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby
authorized and directed to execute a Local Records Grant
Program Application with the Kentucky Department for Libraries
and Archives, and any and all documents relating to same. This
Application is attached hereto and incorporated by reference as
if fully set out herein.
SECTION 2. This Order shall be in full force and
effect from and after the date of its adoption.
