A MUNICIPAL ORDER AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR
AND CITY CLERK TO CONVEY CERTAIN
WAREHOUSE IMPROVEMENTS TO INGRAM
MATERIALS COMPANY BY DEED AND BILL OF
SALE
WHEREAS, on or about December 21, 1983, the City of
Paducah, issued $1,000,000.00 in Industrial Building Revenue Bonds,
"Ingram Materials Company Project," and
WHEREAS, Ingram Materials Company had paid 100% of the
outstanding Industrial Building Revenue Bonds;
WHEREAS, Ingram Materials Company has given notice to the
City of Paducah that it is exercising its option to have leased property with
improvements conveyed to it under the terms of the aforesaid bond issue,
NOW, THEREFORE, the City of Paducah orders as follows:
SECTION 1. The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized
and ordered to execute a Deed and Bill of Sale to Ingram Materials Company
in a form approved by the corporation counsel.
