A MUNICIPAL ORDER RESTRICTING $664,815.00 OF
WASTEWATER FUND CASH RESERVES AS REQUIRED BY THE 1974 AND 1985
SEWER BOND COVENANTS FOR THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY
WHEREAS, the Board of Commissioners of the City of
Paducah, Kentucky, has expressed the City's intentions to
restrict $664,815.00 in the Wastewater Fund in order to comply
with the 1974 and 1985 sewer revenue bond covenant
requirements; and
WHEREAS, in order to comply with the 1974 and 1985
sewer revenue bond covenant requirements, the City Finance
Director recommends restricting certain assets in the
Wastewater Fund.
BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the Board of Commissioners of the
City of Paducah, Kentucky, does by Municipal Order direct the
City Finance Director to restrict the sum of $664,815.00 cash
in the Wastewater Fund (55) of the City of Paducah, and further
directs that the aforesaid restricted sum shall be disclosed as
a restricted assets in the books and records of the Wastewater
Fund unless and until this Municipal Order is amended or
repealed by the City of Paducah.
SECTION 2. These transactions shall be applied to
the Wastewater Fund.
SECTION 3. This Municipal Order shall be retroactive
to June 30, 1993.
