A MUNICIPAL ORDER AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO SIGN A
PETITION FOR STREET AND ALLEY CLOSING OFFERED BY AMOS WAHL
PROPERTIES
WHEREAS, Amos Wahl Properties wishes to close a
portion of 22nd Street and an unnamed alley within the City of
Paducah; and
WHEREAS, the City of Paducah is an adjacent property
owner to the unnamed alley; and
WHEREAS, Amos Wahl Properties has requested that the
City of Paducah join in the petition to close the forenamed
street and alley; and
WHEREAS, the Technical Review Committee of the City
of Paducah has reviewed the application and has no objection to
the closures.
BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The Mayor is hereby authorized to sign
the petition for street and alley closing offered by Amos Wahl
Properties. This petition is attached hereto and incorporated
by reference as if fully set out herein.
SECTION 2. This Order shall be in full force and
effect from and after the date of its adoption.
