MUNICIPAL ORDER NO. 650
A MUNICIPAL ORDER AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE AN
ABBREVIATED COMPREHENSIVE HOUSING AFFORDABILITY STRATEGY (CHAS)
AS A PREREQUISITE TO APPLICATIONS FOR OBTAINING HOUSING AND
URBAN DEVELOPMENT FUNDS
WHEREAS, The Department of Housing and Urban
Development has requested that the City of Paducah utilize an
Abbreviated Comprehensive Housing Affordability Strategy (CHAS)
as a prerequisite to applications to obtain Housing and Urban
Development funds.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The Mayor is hereby authorized to execute
an Abbreviated Comprehensive Housing Affordability Strategy as
a prerequisite to applications to obtain Housing and Urban
Development Funds.
SECTION 2. This order will be in full force and
effect from and after the date of its adoption.
