A MUNICIPAL ORDER AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE A
LETTER OF AGREEMENT EMPLOYING J. J. B. HILLIARD, W. L. LYONS,
INC. AS FINANCIAL ADVISOR FOR REFUNDING 1974 AND 1985 SEWER
REVENUE BOND ISSUES
BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The Mayor is authorized to execute a
letter of agreement employing J. J. B. Hilliard, W. L. Lyons,
Inc., as financial advisor for refunding 1974 and 1985 Sewer
Revenue Bond Issues. This agreement is attached hereto and
incorporated by reference as if fully set out herein.
SECTION 2. This order will be in full force and
effect from and after the date of its adoption.
