MUNICIPAL ORDER NO. 659
A MUNICIPAL ORDER AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE
A LEASE AGREEMENT BY AND BETWEEN THE CITY OF PADUCAH AND THE
CROUNSE CORPORATION FOR USE OF THE TVA WORK FLAT
WHEREAS, the City presently is leasing from TVA a
flat barge generally referred to as the "TVA WORK FLAT"; and
WHEREAS, Crounse desires to lease from the City the
aforesaid TVA WORK FLAT for the period of September 9, 10, and
11, 1993; and
WHEREAS, the City is agreeable to leasing the
aforesaid TVA WORK FLAT to Crounse, subject to the terms and
conditions as hereinafter provided, all of which are agreeable
to Crounse.
BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The Mayor is hereby authorized to
execute a Lease Agreement by and between the City of Paducah
and the Crounse Corporation for the lease of the TVA WORK FLAT
barge for September 9, 10, and 11, 1993, to be utilized for
a christening ceremony. This Lease Agreement is attached
hereto and incorporated by reference as if fully set out
herein.
SECTION 2. This Municipal Order will be in full
force and effect from and after the date of its adoption.
