MUNICIPAL ORDER NO. �OS—V
A MUNICIPAL ORDER AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE
ALL DOCUMENTS NECESSARY TO MAKE APPLICATION FOR HOME PROGRAM
FUNDS AVAILABLE THROUGH HUD
WHEREAS, the City of Paducah is desirous of
7 participating in a HUD home repair program known as HOME; and
WHEREAS, it is the belief of the Board of
Commissioners of the City of Paducah that the participation in
this project is beneficial and to the betterment of the Paducah
community.
BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The Mayor is hereby authorized to execute
all documents necessary to make application for HOME Program
Funds available through HUD. This application is attached
hereto and incorporated by reference as if fully set out
herein.
SECTION 2. This Order shall be in full force and
effect from and after the date of its adoption.
