A MUNICIPAL ORDER APPROVING THE APPLICATION FOR
ASSISTANCE THROUGH HOPE 3, OFFICE OF COMMUNITY PLANNING AND
DEVELOPMENT, DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT,
AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE ALL DOCUMENTS
RELATING TO SAME
BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The application to be dated
September 5, 1993, to the Department of Housing and Urban
Development, requesting grant funds for the development of a
program to repair delinquent tax properties for resale to
home owners in the City of Paducah, is hereby approved.
SECTION 2. The Mayor of the City of Paducah is
hereby authorized to execute the aforesaid application and
all documents relating to said grant, and to file same with
the Department of Housing and Urban Development. Said
application is attached hereto and incorporated by reference
as if fully set out herein.
SECTION 3. This Order will be in full force and
effect from and after the date of its adoption.
