A MUNICIPAL ORDER ADOPTING THE REVISED PAYMENT
STANDARD FOR THE SECTION 8 HOUSING VOUCHER PROGRAM AS REQUIRED
BY THE HOUSING & COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT ACT OF 1974, AS AMENDED
BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. Revision to the Section 8 Housing Voucher
Payment Standard is hereby approved. This revision is attached
hereto and incorporated by reference as if fully set out
herein.
SECTION 2. This revision will De rezroacLive zv
August 1, 1993.
SECTION 3. This Order will be in full force and
effect from and after the date of its adoption.
