A MUNICIPAL ORDER AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE MAYOR
TO ENTER INTO A CONCILIATION AGREEMENT WITH THE KENTUCKY
COMMISSION ON HUMAN RIGHTS
BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The Mayor is hereby ordered to enter into a conciliation agreement
with the Kentucky Commission on Human Rights. This agreement is in regard to the matter of
Buster Skinner and the City of Paducah, KCHR Complaint No. 3355-E, EEOC No. 24G-94-
0032. A copy of the conciliation agreement is attached and referenced hereby and incorporated
herein.
SECTION 2. This Municipal Order shall be in full force and effect from and after
the date of its adoption.
