A MUNICIPAL ORDER AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE MAYOR
AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE AN EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT FOR MANAGE-
MENT BY AND BETWEEN THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY, AND JERRY
HOOVER
BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby
authorized and directed to renew and amend the City Manager's
Employment Agreement in the following manner:
A. Increase annual salary to $58,026
B. Conform sick leave to existing city policy
C. Increase severance pay and health benefits from
two (2) months to six (6) months in the event of
termination
SECTION 2. All other terms and provisions of the
existing Employment Agreement are hereby reaffirmed.
SECTION 3. This Municipal Order shall be in full
force and effect from and after the date of its adoption.
