MUNICIPAL ORDER NO. 16,
A MUNICIPAL ORDER ADOPTING THE FAMILY SELF-SUFFI-
CIENCY ACTION PLAN FOR THE SECTION 8 EXISTING HOUSING PROGRAM
AS REQUIRED BY THE HOUSING AND COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT ACT OF
1974, AS AMENDED
WHEREAS, the City of Paducah Section 8 Housing
Program has received approval to develop and implement a Family
Self -Sufficiency (FSS) Program under the terms of the Annual
Contributions Contract for KY 36-V137-008.
BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the City of Paducah hereby adopts
the Family Self -Sufficiency Action Plan. Said Plan shall be
incorporated as Exhibit "A" of the Section 8 Existing Housing
Administrative Plan for the City of Paducah.
SECTION 2. This order shall be in full force and
effect from and after the date of its adoption.
