A MUNICIPAL ORDER AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE
ALL DOCUMENTS NECESSARY TO OBTAIN A TREE PLANTING GRANT
THROUGH THE NATIONAL SMALL BUSINESS TREE PLANTING PROGRAM,
KENTUCKY DIVISION OF FORESTRY
BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The grant application to the National

Small Business Tree Planting Program, Division of Forestry,
requesting $10,000.00 in matching state funds for tree
planting in the City of Paducah is hereby approved
SECTION 2. The Mayor of the City of Paducah is
hereby authorized to execute the aforesaid application and
all documents relating to said grant, and to file same with
the Kentucky Division of Forestry. Said application is
attached hereto and incorporated by reference as if fully
set out herein.
SECTION 3. This Order will be in full force and
effect from and after the date of its adoption.
