A MUNICIPAL ORDER AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE
ALL DOCUMENTS NECESSARY TO OBTAIN FUNDING THROUGH THE
KENTUCKY ARTS COUNCIL FOR ADDITIONAL FUNDING FOR OPERATING
PE REQUIREDNBY
SUPPORT TO THE PADUCAH ARTS RESOURCE OFFICE,
AS THE KENTUCKY ARTS COUNCIL
WHEREAS, the City of Paducah has established a
for of support for the cultural arts

throughout the community with the provision of financial aid
to various local arts groups; and
WHEREAS, participation in this grant program will
assist the City in providing operating funds to support the
Paducah Arts Resource Office.
BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The Mayor is authorized to execute all
documents necessary to obtain funding through the Kentucky
Arts Council for additional funding for operating support to
the Paducah Arts Resource Office.
SECTION 2. This Order will be in full force and
effect from and after the date of its adoption.
