A MUNICIPAL ORDER APPROVING THE APPLICATION FOR
STATE ASSISTANCE UNDER THE 1994 KENTUCKY COMMUNITY
DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT PROGRAM THROUGH THE DEPARTMENT OF
LOCAL GOVERNMENT, COMMONWEALTH OF KENTUCKY, AND AUTHORIZING
THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE ALL DOCUMENTS PERTAINING TO SAID GRANT
U BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The application dated February 1,
19941 to the Department of Local Government, Commonwealth of
Kentucky, requesting $310,000.00 in state funds for
providing rehabilitation of buildings owned by the Market
House Theatre, is hereby approved.
SECTION 2. The Mayor of the City of Paducah is
hereby authorized to execute the aforesaid application and
all documents relating to said grant, and to file same with
the Department of Local Government of the Commonwealth of
Kentucky. Said application is attached hereto and
incorporated by reference as if fully set out herein.
SECTION 3. This Order will be in full force and
effect from and after the date of its adoption.
