A MUNICIPAL ORDER ACCEPTING AN ESCROW AGREEMENT IN
LIEU OF A BOND
WHEREAS, the CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH,
has approved the Escrow Agreement of Computer Services, Inc.,
for the completion of the roadway, sanitary sewer, and other
matters, in accordance with the proposed subidvision plan and
the City's specifications for the project known as "Friedman
Lane Project", and the engineering drawings as approved by the
Paducah Planning and Zoning Commission and the Paducah
Engineering Department;
BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The City of Paducah hereby accepts an
Escrow Agreement in lieu of a bond in the amount of $106,000.00
for Computer Services, Inc. for the installation of the
improvements as described on the recorded plat of Computer
Services, Inc. Properties Phase II Subdivision, and the
engineering drawings as approved by the Paducah Planning and
Zoning Commission and the Paducah Engineering Department.
SECTION 2. The City of Paducah hereby accepts the
Escrow Agreement in lieu of a bond, as set out in Section 1 and
directs the Engineering Department of the City of Paducah to
accept said Escrow Agreement as approved in Section 1.
SECTION 3. This order shall be in full force and
effect from and after the date of its adoption.
