MUNICIPAL ORDER NO. 70 4
A MUNICIPAL ORDER PERTAINING TO AN
OCCUPANCY AGREEMENT AT KENTUCKY OAKS MALL
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT:
1. The Mayor is authorized and directed to execute an
occupancy agreement between the City of Paducah for the use and benefit
of the Paducah Police Department and Kentucky Oaks Mall.
2. The Chief of Police is authorized and directed to
establish a police office at Kentucky Oaks Mall under the terms of the
occupancy agreement, effective immediately.
3. This Municipal Order is effective upon adoption.
