A MUNICIPAL ORDER AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE A
GRANT APPLICATION TO OBTAIN A MATCHING GRANT IN THE AMOUNT OF
"} $6,135 THROUGH THE KENTUCKY DIVISION OF FORESTRY, SMALL
BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION FOR THE PLANTING OF TREES AT SEVERAL
CITY PARKS
BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The Mayor is hereby authorized to execute
an application and all documents relating to same to apply for
a matching grant in the amount of $6,135 through the Kentucky
Division of Forestry, Small Business Administration for the
planting of trees at several city parks.
SECTION 2. This Order will be in full force and
effect from and after the date of its adoption.
