MUNICIPAL ORDER NO. '701
A MUNICIPAL ORDER AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE MAYOR
TO EXECUTE A LICENSE AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF PADUCAH AND
THE RETIRED & SENIOR VOLUNTEER PROGRAM (RSVP) FOR USE OF NOBLE
PARK RECREATION CENTER
BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the Mayor is hereby authorized to
execute a License Agreement between the City of Paducah and the
Retired & Senior Volunteer Program for use of one room, one day
a week, in the Noble Park Recreation Center.
SECTION 2. This Municipal Order shall be in full
force and effect from and after the date of its adoption.
